A case sealing machine should fit the process
A case sealing machine is often chosen to reduce manual taping, speed up dispatch and improve case presentation. The best fit depends on how cartons are packed, how flaps are closed and what happens after sealing.
Uniform and random case sizes
Uniform runs are easier to seal with a machine set to one carton size. Random case sizes need more flexibility and may require a self-adjusting case taper if changeovers are frequent.
Integration with packing lines
Case sealing can be placed after packing benches, after weigh checks, near labelling equipment or before palletising. Conveyor height, case spacing and operator access all matter.
Support after installation
Ask about installation, operator handover, spare parts, tape-head support and maintenance so the machine keeps working after commissioning.
Next step
For a practical recommendation, send carton dimensions, packed case weight, tape details, target output and photos of the current packing area. The aim is to match the case taper to your cartons and workflow, not to force a standard machine into the wrong process.
