Carton dimensions and weight
Record the smallest and largest carton length, width and height. Include the packed case weight and note whether the product fill is stable, loose, fragile or likely to shift as the carton moves through the machine.
Output and working pattern
Estimate cases per minute, cases per hour or cases per shift. A peak rate is useful, but typical running rate matters too because the machine should match the real packing routine.
Tape and closure details
Include tape width, roll type, adhesive preference and whether the requirement is top only, bottom only or top and bottom sealing. Mention whether operators close the flaps manually.
Layout and access
Send photos, a simple sketch or a short video of the packing area. Show conveyors, benches, power, space limitations and the direction cartons travel.
Next step
For a practical recommendation, send carton dimensions, packed case weight, tape details, target output and photos of the current packing area. The aim is to match the case taper to your cartons and workflow, not to force a standard machine into the wrong process.
